Website purchase was very easy. The arrangement was delivered very promptly. Thank you. My Mom sent me a picture. Had brown basket and slightly different colors of flowers. It was very close! Pink carnations. Delivery fee of $10 was reasonable. Ordering DIRECTLY off of their website avoids the extra fees charged by 188 Flowers or FTD.
