Always a little nervous ordering online. My Mom sent a picture of the flowers and they were beautiful. I did call and leave a message because I didn't get any kind of email confirming my order. Didn't hear back from anyone, but do know that flowers were received. Confirmation emails are helpful, that would be my only feedback.
