Sent this to a father figure of mine whose wife just passed, he and his son loved it so much and very much appreciated the gift. Customer service was also great. The delivery man had a difficult time delivering the flowers due to the building being only for seniors, however, he remained patient and contacted me when he couldnt find a way to deliver it. I missed his call the first time so he left but when i called him back and asked him to go back, he had no problem doing so at all. He waited for me to find a way while i contacted the recipient. Gorgeous flowers that really touched the hearts of our family friend and exceptional service from the delivery man.
