THE 1ST ARRANGEMENT I ORDERED, FOR MY AUNTS 85TH BIRTHDAY/XMAS, I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH. THEY REPLACED THE FLOWER ARRANGEMENT, & THEN I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE OWNER, RICO, APOLOGIZING FOR MY DISSATISFACTION. THEY WENT ABOVE & BEYOND TO SET THINGS RIGHT.
