In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
DELIVERY AREAS
We deliver across the West Valley: Peoria, Glendale, Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise, Youngtown, Avondale and Litchfield Park. If your address falls just outside these areas, please call us at (623) 240-9043 - we can often still help.
We deliver to homes, offices, hospitals, funeral homes, chapels and cemeteries throughout our service area, including Banner Thunderbird Medical Center and Abrazo Arrowhead Campus.
SAME-DAY DELIVERY
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered on the next available delivery day. If you need something urgently, call us and we will tell you what is possible.
DELIVERY DAYS AND TIMES
We deliver Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We are closed Sundays. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, but you are welcome to note a preferred window on your order and we will do our best to meet it.
FUNERAL AND SERVICE DELIVERIES
For delivery to a funeral home, chapel or graveside service, please include the name of the venue and the date and time of the service. We will schedule the arrangement to arrive beforehand. If the service is today, please call us before ordering online so we can confirm the timing.
HOSPITAL DELIVERIES
Please include the patient's full name and room number where possible. Some units, including intensive care, do not permit fresh flowers. If you are unsure, call us and we will check with the hospital before we send.
DELIVERY FEES
Delivery fees vary by distance. Your exact fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
IF NOBODY IS HOME
If the recipient is not available, we may leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded spot at the address, or with a neighbor or front desk, and leave notification of the delivery. In extreme heat we may return the arrangement to the shop and contact you to arrange redelivery. Please provide a recipient phone number so we can reach them if needed.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check the delivery address before you order. If a delivery cannot be completed because the address given was incorrect or incomplete, a redelivery fee may apply.
