Daughter in law loved the Birthday basket! The flowers were beautiful in the basket & mostly roses. The grandkids loved the bear they sent to mom for her birthday. Flowers were ordered over 1 week in advance & were delivered as instructed. Definitely will use this florist again

THE 1ST ARRANGEMENT I ORDERED, FOR MY AUNTS 85TH BIRTHDAY/XMAS, I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH. THEY REPLACED THE FLOWER ARRANGEMENT, & THEN I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE OWNER, RICO, APOLOGIZING FOR MY DISSATISFACTION. THEY WENT ABOVE & BEYOND TO SET THINGS RIGHT. This is the second or third time I have had flowers delivered locally to someone using this florist. In 20 plus years of gifting arrangements to people, I have never been as satisfied with any other floral company's product than I have with this one. The do their very best to match the design shown on the website page, and recipients always express that the flowers are gorgeous. I wholeheartedly recommend this florist!

My mom was so happy with her birthday/mothers day flowers - you always do such a great job!

The color of the roses and some other details in the bouquet wasn’t exactly as expected BUT the arrangement still came out very beautiful. If it came closer to as expected I definitely would have given 5 stars. Also going premium WAS PREMIUM…it did not disappoint.
